Fait à Compli
The hat is done. Complete. Finished. Wahoo! No horns. No braids. What? No Barbie pink? It's still rather stylish. Might even be able to wear it off the property. I'll pop it in the mail this week and it'll be on its way to lovely Nova Scotia and into SCUM-baagg's hands. The anticipation! Betcha can't wait.

Why aren't you watching the race?
The hat is beautiful, by the way. I knew you wouldn't be able to go through with knitting a crappy hat!
I'm very impressed Sis! Great job!

Why thank you, Dorito.
Why thank you, Sis.
WOW -I can't believe it! YOU DID IT!
And it looks like an actual hat. SCUMbaagg is waiting in anticipation for its arrival and when it comes- he will give you a full account of his thoughts on your knitting skills(considering that he is such an expert in these matters!)
He now has 4 patches of hair loss at the back of his scalp so he will need that hat to keep him warm!
Thanks for all your hard work Liz!
Love Margaret
As long as he doesn't examine it too closely, I think it'll pass inspection. It ended up a little long...kinda extends up past the top of your head - let's say cone-like...but that means one can pull it down lower, which'll cover any of those pesky little spots that one might want to cover. Hopefully the staples won't rub. ;o)
